Dr. Yarimar Castro graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in May 2024.
Dr. Castro is originally from Bayamón, PR. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. She enjoys working with small animals and has special interests in wellness care, ophthalmology, dermatology and surgery.
She spends her free time with her husband and two corgis, Nairobi and Leia. She enjoys traveling (especially in cruise ships), the beach and watching Formula 1.
